Dolomiti superski Trip: Jan. 24-29, 2027
this Into the Wild women’s ski trip in Selva di Val Gardena, Italy, is a unique chance to both have a blast skiing/snowboarding with new friends, enjoy gorgeous views, eat delicious regional food, and have a relaxing time in an incredible slopeside hotel! beauty, exploration and relaxation are plentiful on this trip.
This trip is built around how good winter can actually feel when everything is easy. Selva di Val Gardena is an amazing and gorgeous town that sits right in the middle of the Dolomites, and the setup couldn’t be better: a true ski-in/ski-out hotel, direct access to the Dolomiti Superski terrain, and glorious food waiting for you to eat it. You wake up, ski straight out the door, take long scenic runs, stop for excellent lunches, and come back whenever you’re ready. No shuttles necessary, no rushing, no complicated logistics. Selva di Val Gardena is consistently named one of the top 3 Dolomites ski towns, with plenty of delicious food, award winning slopes, and epic views from ski lodges atop stunning peaks.
This ski trip has a great mix of activity (skiing and snowboarding of course) and downtime. Ski as much or as little as you want. Meet up for après when it feels right. Head to the sauna in the hotel without needing to go anywhere else. Evenings are about good food, drink, and easy conversation in a group that’s there to have fun! This trip is for women who like beautiful places, active days, and a high comfort level — and who want to return home feeling refreshed, well-fed, and genuinely happy they said yes.
This Dolomiti Superski trip is priced at $2900 per person. Below is the information on what this includes and what to expect from this ski trip.

Alcohol
This trip works a bit differently that some other Into the Wild Adventure trips. Women are going to be coming in from all directions/airports, so our meeting spot will be in Selva Di Val Gardena, and you’ll be in charge of getting yourself there and then back to the airport of your choosing.
Key Airport Options for Selva di Val Gardena:
Bolzano (BZO): Closest (40-50 km), but limited connections (primarily SkyAlps flights).
Innsbruck (INN): Approx. 120 km. Best for central European flights, roughly a 1h 50m drive.
Verona (VRN): Approx. 190 km. Good for international flights, roughly a 2h 15m drive.
• Venice (VCE/TSF): Approx. 180-200 km. Further away, but often has more flight options, about 3+ hours.
Whatever airport is best for you- there are a myriad of ways to get you to Selva di Val Gardena. In the months before the trip, you and your fellow attendees can even plan to ride together- but there are always shuttles you can take or you can hire a private driver. Lots of options and Wendy can help you with them when the time is much closer.
Direct Airport Shuttle from airport of your choosing:
The most convenient option for non-drivers is the direct shuttle service that runs from the airport terminal to the valley.
Alto Adige Bus: Offers hourly direct connections from Innsbruck Airport to various stops in Selva di Val Gardena, then you can taxi or walk to our hotel.
Travel Time: Approximately 2 hours 15 minutes.
Cost: Between €40 and €60 per person.
• Südtirol Transfer: Provides a shared shuttle service that can drop you off directly at your accommodation.
Bottom line is, there are lots of options to get you to Selva di Val Gardena and you don’t need to rely on private transport necessarily.
“Should I rent or bring my skis and equipment?” Based off 2026’s Austrian ski trip, people were very happy with the European rental services which are a cut above USA rental services. Some people brough their own boots, or helmets. Unless you are very attached to your own skis, it’s probably way less hassle to rent than to bring your own. I am quite attached to my snowboard, so… I bring mine :)
The earth is beautiful and snow filled mountains and slopes are sometimes all you need to reconnect and meet new life-long friends. Come experience the town of Selva di Val Gardena with other ladies looking for adventure and fun!
Here are some images of our ski hotel- there will be two twin beds per bedroom (warning: European hotels almost always have these two beds pushed together. You can move them a bit away from each other usually) with a bathroom. It’s a small elegant slopeside hotel, and there is a sauna to relax in after enjoying the slopes all day!
Ready to take on (or at least attempt to!) 180km of ski terrain and 80 lifts/gondolas?
Selva di Val Gardena is in the largest Dolomiti Superski region! Though your ski pass will get you into any Dolomiti Superski region, you’ll most likely enjoy just this one unified ski area with a unique Dolomites panorama. Nestled at the foot of the majestic Sassolungo massif, this diverse ski domain links the Ladin valley the Val Gardena with Europe’s largest alpine plateau, the Alpe di Siusi. Numerous traditional, family-run mountain huts invite you to stop and relax, delighting guests with regional specialties. Whether you’re a relaxed skier or an ambitious athlete – everyone will find their winter bliss here!
