February 11: Breakfast, then we will transfer in cars to El Chalten! This is generally a less than 3 hour drive. We will check into our hotel (staying 2 nights there), regroup and head off for a sunset hike of Mirador de Condores y Aguiles (rated moderate, less than 1000 feet elevation gain, about 3 miles). The hike is optional. Dinner will be back in El Chalten.

After the short hikes we’ll head back to Puerto Natales for our second night at the same hotel.
February 15: Breakfast, then transfer to Punta Arenas (3 hour drive). Lunch, then in the afternoon we will take a fun boat ride and tour of Magdallena Island- an island inhabited only by penguins! For our last night we will have a final dinner and prepare to say goodbye to our new lifelong friends.
