After FIVE completely AMAZING retreats to Kauai in 2022, 2023 and 2026, we just can’t wait to get back to one of the most beloved Into the wild retreats of all time!
Join Amelia of @the.brames.abroad in one of the most wild places on earth: the Hawaiian island of Kauai. Experience the intensely wild jungle island and pristine beaches, together, with women across the country where you will learn all things self-improvement, courage, and stress-relief. This trip is adventure based and though there will be downtime, it’s not a relaxing trip :). It is designed to help you rediscover you., offering many types of adventure, all of which you can opt in or out of. This trip is capped at 14.

Below is the information on what you come away with from this trip.
Cost for Kauai is $2499 per person for 6 nights. All lodging, food, and transportation during the retreat is included, and rooms are shared occupancy. You just need to get yourself to the Airbnb we’re staying in, and back. On this trip, shuttles are not arranged to and from the Lihue airport by us, but you can catch an Uber or rideshare with your new friends.

When:
January 7-13, 2027. You DO NOT want to miss this. You will fly in on Thursday the 7th (between noon and 5pm is best), and fly out on Wednesday morning the 13th.

A women’s trip built to help you rediscover you, your passions, and this beautiful earth you live on. An experience that will make you feel youthful and adventurous. A bonding experience not to be missed.
We will hike together. Learn to surf together (optional of course!). Relax on beaches and kayak together. Star and moon gaze. Creating unforgettable memories, together, of course.
IMPORTANT NOTE: tHIS RETREAT WILL INVOLVE WILD ADVENTURES. wE ENCOURAGE ALL WHO ATTEND TO BE READY FOR HIKES OF MODERATE DIFFICULTY with climbing up and down repeatedly. We also request that you be comfortable in the water. Because we wanted something that was deeper and more immersive, we’ve rented out a giant house and invite you all to stay in it with us, together. We’ve coordinated outdoor excursions, chill time and meals to inspire, nourish, and fill your soul.
All rooms are shared occupancy, you get your own bed, but there are 3 beds per room with 1 full bathroom per room. No private rooms are available.

Hikes including the Kalalau Trail (moderate to difficult, option to go 3 miles in and turn around or skip entirely) and the Hawaiian Grand Canyon (2 miles RT with incredible exposure to cliffs etc)
Kayaking the Wailua River

A reminder: your expenses are all paid once you arrive at the group airbnb. We cover lodging, activities, food, transport to meals and activities, etc!
Into The Wild is requiring its trip attendees to provide proof of travel insurance purchase for this trip. Generally this costs an extra $100usd, and can save your bacon when traveling and things go wrong. Please email wendy@itwadventure.com if you have any questions about getting travel insurance.
Women often learn better through experiences with other inspiring women. This retreat is only for women and will be filled with warm, open, inviting leaders and attendees, who are all ready and waiting for a creative, immersive, life-changing experience.
