this Into the Wild CHRISTMAS edition is a chance to take a moment for you. TO HEAD TO THE CITIES/TOWNS OF Germany TO ENJOY THEIR VERY FESTIVE CHRISTMAS MARKETS! NOT ONLY WILL YOU ENJOY THE MARKETS, BUT YOU CAN ENJOY the architecture, culture and vibe of these wonderful places and the people who create them. You’ll walk, shop, EAT AND DRINK DELICIOUS FOODS AND TRY OUT GLUHWEIN, and bond over MARKETS, CULINARY DELIGHTS and awesome sights with other women.
New Christmas Markets edition- in Germany only! This trip is a little more rigorous than the European Christmas Markets version- a few more activities and a little more driving to adorable villages and experiences.
This itinerary hits:

Below is the information on what you will experience on this trip.
Cost for this German Christmas Market tour is $2499 per person for 6 nights. All breakfasts, lunches and dinners and transportation during the retreat is included, and rooms are shared occupancy. You just need to get yourself from home to Frankfurt, Germany and back. Shuttles will be arranged from the airport when you arrive, and then back again when the trip is over.

Come and enjoy that feeling you once had a kid on Christmas morning. We will explore the best parts of the German markets together. We will see incredible architecture, eat delicious food and sweets, and enjoy festive drinks.

Christmas markets itinerary:
December 2: Arrive in Frankfurt. After 3pm check in, we will explore the Frankfurt Christmas market for the afternoon! Then the whole group will head to dinner at 6:30pm. (If you can only arrive after this, that’s fine, just be aware that you’ll be missing the first dinner).
December 3: Breakfast. We will be driving to 3 different markets today! The first will be in Mainz, , then to Wiesbaden for the afternoon and then we will spend the evening at the Ingelheim market. We will have dinner as a group in the Ingelheim area, and then return to our Frankfurt hotel for the night.
December 4: Breakfast. Drive to Heidelburg (approximately 1.5 hours). We will leave our luggage at our next hotel and head to Heidelberg Castle! We’ll spend time there and then explore the Heidelberg market and shop, ice skate, eat, and enjoy the area into the evening. Dinner will be near the hotel.
December 5: Breakfast. Drive to Freiberg via a couple of cute towns. First, we will stop at Baden-Baden (approximately 1 hour drive) and we will take a guided tour of the city at noon and afterwards we will explore the market there. Then we will drive to Gegenbach (~45 minutes) to enjoy the festivities there and see them open an advent window at 6pm (it’s the biggest advent calendar in the world!!) After, we will eat dinner before driving to Frieburg im Brisgau (1 hour), where we will spend the night.
December 6: Breakfast, and then we will ride the Schlossbergbahn and admire the views. At the top we will take a lovely stroll and have lunch. Then we will head to the Freiburg Christmas Market. Afterwards, we will drive to Ravenna Gorge (30 minute drive) and enjoy their Christmas Market and torchlit walk. We will have dinner at the market or back at the hotel.
December 7: Breakfast and checkout by 9am. Today we will head back to Frankfurt via one more Christmas town - Rothenberg ob der Tauber (3.5 hours). We will enjoy the town in daylight and watch it change to twinkling at night. Then we will finish our drive back to Frankfurt (2.5 hours) and have dinner at the hotel or at a nearby restaurant.
December 8: Breakfast and departure. You can leave anytime, but if you depart after hotel checkout you’ll need to self entertain or spend the extra time at the airport until your flight. Thank you for coming!!

A reminder: your expenses are all paid, except your flights to and from Frankfurt from your home. We cover lodging, activities, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, transport, etc! All rooms are shared occupancy. No private rooms are available.
