Into the Wild Crete: yoga edition is a unique chance to take a moment for you. To relax and breath. to dive deep into your wild woman self. To rediscover the wonder and beauty of both earth’s nature and cultures. To gain the experience of enjoying greece’s beauty, being immersed in new culture, and enjoy this all with other women.
Crete invites you to slow down in all the right ways. Ancient landscapes, olive groves, coastal walks, vibrant towns, and food that feels both simple and deeply satisfying. This women’s retreat is designed to balance daily yoga with time to explore, rest, and experience the quieter rhythms of the island.
Each day includes yoga to help you feel strong and settled, paired with outings to nearby beaches, villages, gorges, and historic streets around Chania. There’s space for connection, solo time, great meals, and the kind of ease that comes from being fully present in a beautiful place. Absolutely everything on the itinerary is optional, as we are staying at one lodging the whole time and you can always choose to rest and stay back. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and deeply satisfied. Connected with your body, lighter in your mind, and grateful you said yes to a week that offered beauty, movement, and an opportunity to breathe.
Come to Crete with trip leader and yoga instructor Donica of @donica.saltsoul, ready to slow down, move well, eat beautifully, and experience an island that truly lives up to its reputation.

Meet your Leader and yoga instructor:
Donica Macintosh calls Halifax, Nova Scotia, home, but she’ll always be a Cape Breton girl at heart — a fisherman’s daughter raised by the sea. She’s the kind of person who finds magic in stillness, meaning in movement, and wonder in wandering.
Her journey into yoga began back in 2017 and took an unexpected turn when she found herself stepping into the role of teacher — something she never planned, but now can’t imagine her life without. Yoga became her anchor, offering space for reflection, connection, and growth.
A deep desire to travel had been quietly simmering for years, but it was her first Into The Wild trip that gave it permission to come alive. Since then, she’s been chasing summits, swimming in cold oceans, and connecting deeply — with nature, with others, and with herself.
Thoughtful and grounded, Donica brings a quiet strength to every adventure. She’s here to move, explore, reflect, and remind you that you don’t have to be fearless to be brave.
