Cost for Panama is $2799 for 6 nights. All lodging, food, and transportation during the retreat is included except snacks and souvenirs and alcohol. All rooms are double occupancy. You will need to get yourselves to the airport in Panama City, Panama (PTY) and back. Shuttles will be arranged for all other travel by Into the Wild.

June 4-10 2024. You DO NOT want to miss this. You will fly into the Panama City, Panama airport on Tuesday, June 4 after 10am if possible, and fly out on Monday morning the 10th.

A retreat combined with absolute adventure. This trip’s purpose is to bring wildness and an appreciation for nature and other cultures back into your life. A bonding experience for outdoorsy women that is not to be missed.

Refunds: Your ticket can be sold but not refunded. This is because of the nature of retreat planning.
COVID-19 disclaimer: there will be no refunds due to pandemics or illness. In severe, unforseen circumstances determined by the retreat hosts, we will opt to postpone the retreat for an agreed upon time in 2024 or 2025 so that no funds are lost.
If you are uncomfortable with travel during these uncertain times, we suggest that you wait until you feel more certainty to be wild with us :)
HERE IS A GENERAL ITINERARY OF THE TRIP (GET READY FOR EXCITEMENT!) SUBJECT TO CHANGES/SHUFFLING ACTIVITIES AROUND
June 4: Arrive into Panama City, a large modern metropolis filled with futuristic skyscrapers, a historic core with colorful, Spanish colonial buildings, great restaurants, exciting nightlife, and friendly people. We will check into our amazing hotel (Central Hotel Panama Casco Viejo) and explore the historic district. We will have a fantastic opening dinner and relax for the evening in our hotel.
June 5: Wake early and catch a hopper flight to the Boquete region of Panama for some wild jungle adventures. We will start off with a hike around a volcano (4 hours) and then eat lunch- followed by zip lining! We’ll check into our gorgeous lodging for the next 2 days (The Inn at Palo Alto) and have dinner and relax.
June 6: We’ll start off this day with White water rafting! A guaranteed good time :) We’ll have lunch and then head out for an epic adventure at Los Cangilones de Gualaca- a natural slot canyon with bright blue waters and cliffs to jump off of- lots of fun and a great place to hang out with friends. If there’s still time, we will do the Lost Waterfalls hike through suspension bridges, muddy paths and leading to stunning and luscious jungle to some… lost waterfalls! After, we will head back to the hotel and eat and sleep.
June 7: Today we are going to travel by car to the Bocas del Toro area- which is a beautiful Caribbean archipelago off the east coast of Panama near the border of Costa Rica. There are about 9 inhabited islands and over 200 islets in Bocas del Toro. The drive is about 3.5 hours and then we’ll take a 30 minute boat ride to the Isla Colon. Lunch, and then we will head to our hotel (Bird Island Bungalows) to check in! This afternoon we can see where the wind blows us. We can relax on the beach, take surf lessons, and unwind- or dig up more adventures. Dinner, and whatever else we feel like this evening!
June 8: How about exploring one of the most beautiful Caribbean archipelago’s by boat? We will visit sloth island (yes, there are sloths!) and Starfish Beach (yes, there are starfish everywhere!), Zapatillas Island (A set of 2 islands as part of a national park with some of the most beautiful beaches and clear waters in all of Bocas del Toro), and more! This tour will last all day and we can visit as many islands as we want- or choose to stay and swim and relax if that feels right!
June 9: Today we are wrapping up our stay in Bocas del Toro and heading back to Panama City via plane. We’ll go back to our hotel in the historic district and have some free time. We’ll have a fantastic closing dinner and see what the city has to offer at night!
June 10: Head home. Try and find a flight home that departs by 1pm if possible.
